Who we are
Brand Hug is made by Station 16, a branding and marketing agency in Atlanta, GA and San Luis Obispo, CA. For this policy, "we" and "us" means Station16, LLC, 976 Brady Ave NW #100, Atlanta, Georgia 30318.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form. Your email is the only required field; the rest is optional and you can skip it.

We also save when you first signed up and when you last updated your details, so we can honour the founding-member order.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or trade your details.
- We don't share them with advertisers or use them to target ads.
- We won't add you to anything unrelated to Brand Hug.
Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
Where it's stored
The site and the form run on Cloudflare. Your answers are stored in Cloudflare's database service (Workers KV), which keeps copies on its servers around the world, including outside your country. Access is limited to the Brand Hug team.
Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. The page loads its font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers. Cloudflare and Google each handle that under their own privacy policies.
We send emails, such as launch updates and your founding-member offer, through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend receives your email address (and your name, if you gave it) only to deliver those emails.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies, doesn't store anything in your browser, and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. That's why there's no cookie banner. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until Brand Hug launches and the founding-member offer closes, or 24 months after you sign up, whichever comes first, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- See or fix your details. Ask us for a copy, or submit the form again with the same email to update what we have.
- Get deleted. Email hello@station16.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your record within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
- Stop the emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just ask.
Legal review: depending on where signups come from, laws such as GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) may require extra wording here, such as the legal basis for processing, the right to complain to a regulator, and international-transfer safeguards.
Kids
Brand Hug is a work tool and this list isn't meant for anyone under 16. If you think a child has signed up, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change how we use your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll email you first.
